Phase 1 will be offered first and will feature 142 lot/home sites. Each resident who reserves a lot will then select their home site/lot location.   • What is the price range of homes in Evans Farm?

Each resident will select their own approved custom builder, of which, Stonecliff Homes is one, which will result in significant control over their home construction budgets. Evans Farm anticipates home prices to start in the high-$300,000′s, into the $400,000’s.

  • What if I need to sell my current home first?

This is a great question that will likely apply to a large number of people interested in Evans Farm. The centerpiece of recreational opportunities at Evans Farm will be a YMCA facility. Numerous outdoor experiences around the community also will include multiple parks, playgrounds, walking trails/paths, active water features (possibly stocked ponds for fishing) and ball fields as well.

 

 

  • When will home construction begin?

Street and utility construction will begin around Summer 2017, which should result in home construction beginning in Fall 2017. It is expected that the first residents will occupy their homes possibly in Summer of 2018.

 

 

  • Are there any condominiums planned in Evans Farm?

Yes, there will be Evans Farm condos. Further details have not yet been released. As soon as Evans Farm condo prices and information are released, we will be sure to update this page.

 

 

  • May I purchase a home site and wait for an extended period of time to build my home?

In PHASE 1, the purchase of a home site must begin construction of a home within 12 months.

 

 

  • What architectural styles will be built/offered in Evans Farm?

Evans Farm architecture is based on traditional styles that feature usable front porches. Among the styles are Bungalow, Craftsman, Cape Cod, and Victorian.

 

 

  • Will Evans Farm have sidewalks around the community?

Sidewalks and walking paths/trails are at the heart of connecting residents to their neighbors, commercial services and even their workplace. Evans Farm has been designed under the principles of “new urbanism” which promotes walking throughout the community.
