Stonecliff Homes Building in Evans Farm

Evans Farm is one of the most exciting new communities in central Ohio.  With the “New Urbanism” concept, Evans Farm has a select group of approved builders and Stonecliff Homes is one of them.  Stonecliff will be starting three new homes in Evans Farm starting in July.  We are getting ready for our first digs this month.  One is going to be a spec home that will feature a spacious 2,600 square foot home including a first-floor owner suite and 3 additional bedrooms & loft on the second floor.  This open floor plan features 10’ ceilings on the main level along with a rear family foyer with lockers.

Not familiar with Evans Farm?  This is a unique community featuring front porch living along with walking paths, parks, stocked lakes for fishing, and retail space.  The retail space will have numerous restaurants, shops, office space and a YMCA.  Construction of the retail space is targeted for Fall of 2018.  You will literally be able to walk to everything.   We think that most homeowners will be investing in their own golf carts to get around!

Being a custom builder, Stonecliff works to design the home of your dreams.  We work with you to design a home that is centered around how you live.  We are building on all different lot sizes in Evans Farm and look forward to working with you to build a home in this amazing new community.
